Is Clutch free to use?
Yes, Clutch is completely free to play with no ads. Create a league, invite your friends, and start predicting at no cost.Can I predict different scores for the same match in different leagues?
Yes. Each prediction belongs to exactly one league, so your pick for Spain vs Brazil can differ in your work league versus your friends league, with separate points and standings in each.Who decides the rules for each league?
The league admin sets the scoring: points per tier, whether knockout games count double, and whether results are judged at Full Time (FT) or After Extra Time (AET). All settings are adjustable before the competition starts and visible in League Settings. See Rules for defaults.What happens in knockout or playoff rounds?
If your league has “Double points on playoff games” enabled, match points earned (exact, GD, or outcome tiers) are doubled for games played in knockout stages. With default tiers 10/6/4, that becomes 20/12/8 per match. For each match, your prediction earns points for the single best tier it matches - not a sum of tiers. By default, points are based on the Full Time result (90 min + stoppage time). The league admin can change this to After Extra Time (AET) - see League Settings.How are leaderboard ties broken?
Players are ranked by total points. Ties are broken in order: most exact scorelines → most correct goal differences → most correct outcomes → competition winner pick → top scorer pick → fewest predictions made.Who can join a league?
Only people who get your invite link or code. The league isn’t listed for random signups. Share it with coworkers, family, or friends and each group stays separate.When can I place or change predictions?
You can enter or update your score picks for each match anytime before kickoff. Change your mind as often as you like until then. Once the match kicks off, those picks lock.Does it work on mobile?
Yes. Use Clutch in your phone’s browser. Add a shortcut to your home screen to open it with one tap. On iPhone: Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android: look for Install or Add to Home Screen in the browser menu. Same account on phone or laptop.
